Return Policy Overview

At Arghya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for both personal and corporate gifting orders. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Returns

Personal Gifting Orders:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Items must show no signs of use or damage

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Corporate Gifting Orders:

  • Bulk orders can be returned if the entire order is defective or incorrect

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified time frame

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized gift items with names, logos, or custom designs

  • Perishable goods (food items, flowers, plants)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Gift cards or vouchers

Non-Returnable Items

Step 1: Initiate Return - Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization - Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package Items - Securely pack items in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.

Step 4: Ship Back - Send the package using the provided return label or shipping instructions.

Return Process

Refund Policy

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
