RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused hampers in original packaging. If any item in the hamper is damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Once the return is approved and the hamper is received back, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days. Customized or logo-printed hampers are not eligible for return or refund.

SHIPPING INFO

We currently deliver only within Bengaluru city limits. Orders are dispatched within 10–12 days after confirmation. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes. Standard delivery charges apply for orders below ₹1000; orders above ₹1000 are eligible for free delivery. All hampers are securely packed to avoid damage in transit, and tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
